SouleticsTM is a distinctive individual enrichment program that increases your discernment (consciousness), broadens and strengthens your astuteness to your environment, and provides the foundation for longevity, be it in competition or just dealing with the ups and downs of life. SouleticsTM establishes the basis for growth, grace and compassion, enabling you to thrive in the world you live in, regardless of the circumstances you face. SouleticsTM is more than peak performance on the athletic field, it is a lifestyle for anyone striving to perform at his or her peak in every area of life. Damon J. Smith has worked with athletes across multiple disciplines, including football, basketball, soccer, motocross and track & field. His SouleticsTM program incorporates physical training, mental awareness and inner strength. SouleticsTM takes a simple approach to achieving maximum physical, mental and spiritual health. SouleticsTM begins with the concept that each of us are divinely and uniquely created, and so each program is custom tailored for each individual's personality, desires, strengths and weaknesses. |

Who is Damon J. Smith? Damon J. Smith is a professional athlete, design engineer, author and entrepreneur. After playing collegiate football and track, Damon continued his football career by playing professionally for the Calgary Stampeders in the Canadian Football League. After a major injury cut his football aspirations short, Damon began working as an engineer for Intel Corporation. During this time he felt compelled to do more with his life, so he established Inspiring Minds Publications, authored a motivational book, published the biography of a homeless Brazilian youth, and produced a documentary about street children in Brazil. His motivational book, Don't Stop the Swagger, was on the Amazon.com Best Seller List within a month of its release. Essence Magazine highlighted Damon's work and philanthropy by naming him a "Do-Right Man" in 2006. He launched a talk radio program on AM talk radio that discussed spiritual, social and political issues from a Christian perspective. Never losing his love of athletics, he returned to sports by way of motocross. In 2009, Damon became the first person to cross over from professional football to professional motocross. And as life may have it, Damon found yoga (or yoga found him) and it has helped him have a deeper understanding of himself, heal his body and understand how to better adapt and interact with his environment. |
